General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the key principles and procedures to regulate the use of the personal data of visitors and buyers, hereinafter referred to as “You”, at LLC DD24store (hereinafter referred to as DD24) online shop website dd24store.eu or its regional version dd24.lv (in Latvia), dd24.lt (in Lithuania), dd24.ee (in Estonia) located at https://www.dd24.lv.

Personal data, which You provide at the website of DD24, will be used in accordance with the Rules, Natural Person Data Protection Law, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as well as other applicable regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, regulating the use and protection of personal data.

 DD24 is created for the persons over 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 may not submit any personal data, using DD24.

Your personal data (name, surname, e-mail address) are processed for the purpose of direct marketing in accordance with Your consent You have expressed in making an order. Unless You agree to be the direct marketing addressee, DD24 will be unable to communicate any useful and updated information to You.

Purchase Form
Your personal data (name, surname, fax number, telephone number, registration number, entrepreneurial activity registration data, address, postal code, e-mail or other information You have provided) are processed for the purpose of preparing a purchase document, an invoice or other information addressed to You.

Other (non-personal) data management
Data other than Your personal data – i.e. related to Your orders made at the website of DD24 – may be used for the purpose of anonymous statistical research. In any case, Your data used in such a manner will not disclose Your identity, directly or indirectly. In some cases, we reserve the right to transfer the results of anonymous statistical research to third party (s).

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Party (s)

Personal data processed for the purpose of direct marketing (price inquiries) are retained not longer than for 3 (three) years after opening of our last informative letter, except where You have refused to receive informative letters from us.

Data processed in accordance with the fulfilment of the contract are retained not longer than for 10 (ten) years after the contract ends.

Consequences of Non-submission of Your Data
You have the right not to submit Your personal data to us. Nonetheless, Your personal data are required for the purposes defined in the Rules. Therefore, unless You submit Your personal data, DD24 will probably not achieve the purposes mentioned above.

Yours Rights
Relating to Your personal data You may have the following rights:

To request DD24 permission to access, correct or delete Your personal data, or to limit the use of personal data;
the right to object against data processing;
the right to receive Your personal data in a structured, often-used format and viewable in electronic devices (the right to data transfer);

the right to revoke Your consent at any time, without influencing the lawfulness of processing performed prior to the revocation of Your consent;

the right to submit a complaint in the Data State Inspectorate.

Unless a mutual agreement is reached, disputes will be adjudicated in a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the applicable regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
